Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon filets
- 1 leek
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1-2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2-3 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 lb smetana
- 1/4 lb French crème
- pinch of cayenne pepper
|
Do this way:
- Grease a fireproof form. Lay part of the leek slices and hacked dill
on the bottom of the form. Lift the filets on the form skin side down and
spice with sea salt and lemon pepper. Spread the rest of leek slices and
hacked dill on top of the filets.
- Mix smetana, French crème and cayenne pepper and pour into form.
Fry in 350F degrees about half hour, then drop the temperature to 300F
degrees and continue frying another half-hour. See that the liquid does
not dry out. Put occasionally a lock on top of the form.
- Serve with cooked (fresh) potatoes and carrots.
